✓As the People Data and Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice on People Data, Analytics, and Projects.
✓You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that data and KPI reporting contribute to long-term planning for the Trust.
✓Additionally, you'll oversee the work of our People Compliance Officer.
✓Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
✓Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience [or working towards it].
✓Practical experience and knowledge of advanced Excel and data analytics.
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Experience with HR management systems and reporting.
✓Ideally, an understanding of workforce planning.
