People Partner
Description✓We are excited to be working with a fantastic company who are within the entertainment industry looking for a People Partner to join their business
✓This will involve providing operational and strategic support, and implementing the People strategy to align with the business objectives.
✓Duties will include:
✓* Supporting the team when managing new projects to deliver the people strategy and implementing strategic objectives
✓* Developing and supporting the implementation of policies and processes
✓* Providing strong business partnering advice and support, collaborating with managers to ensure they are confident with policies and procedures.
✓* Leading on employee relation issues, providing HR advice and guidance on performance management, sickness and absences as well as disciplinaries and grievances.
✓* Establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and liaising with external service providers to implement changes in benefits etc
✓* Ensuring recruitment process is managed effectively while supporting managers and retaining employees
✓Identifying hiring needs and supporting in job descriptions and process from start to finish.
✓* Encourage and support the development of high performing teams
✓* Responsible for ensuring that employee records are up to date
✓* Working with L&D Manager to identify employee training
✓* Ensuring leavers receive full support from line managers
✓Key skills:
✓* Previous experience within a similar role
✓* Strong communication skills
✓* Charity/not for profit sector experience ideal
