✓As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent
✓Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while effectively managing multiple requisitions.
✓Responsibilities:

✓Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies
✓Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates
✓Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure the best fit for the organisation
✓Coordinate and manage interview schedules, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
✓Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and generate recruitment reports for management review
✓Plan and manage new starter processes to ensure successful onboarding of candidates
✓Requirements:
✓
✓2 years proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
✓Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies
✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
✓Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✓High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
✓Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
✓Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
