As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while effectively managing multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies
Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure the best fit for the organisation
Coordinate and manage interview schedules, providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and generate recruitment reports for management review
Plan and manage new starter processes to ensure successful onboarding of candidates
Requirements:

2 years proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methodologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
