✓We’ve a passion for people and are seeking to add an Account Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Liverpool
✓As an Account Coordinator you will effectively manage our temporary workers to meet client requirement and expectation and be part of our established and award-winning on-site operation
✓This position would suit an experienced Account Coordinator seeking a new challenge or an administrator or planner looking to enter the recruitment industry.

✓The role:
✓Management and coordination of temporary workers to fulfil client requirements.
✓Work with the Account Manager to implement and drive an effective recruitment, validation, and induction plan, ensuring the available labour pool delivers and exceeds client expectations.
✓Provision of a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required
✓On-call is run via a rota system to ensure fairness throughout our teams.
✓Accurate payroll processing ensuring both candidate and client expectations are met.
✓Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships, working in partnership with operational management.
✓Working with the Account Manager to identify business development opportunities.
✓Contribute to a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of all activities.
✓Create and maintain a ‘Pool’ of candidates appropriate to the client’s needs.
✓Ability to deputise for Account Manager.
✓The successful candidate will have:
✓Previous recruitment or customer service experience.
✓Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
✓Good IT skills.
✓Ability to organise and prioritise.
✓Excel within a fast-paced environment.
