Here at SSCL, we're on the lookout for a number of Recruitment Administrators to assist our busy Priority Recruitment Team supporting our Government clients.
You will be involved with recruitment campaign administration which involves communicating to successful candidates regarding start dates, arranging training and getting uniforms for new starters etc.
As the teams in the department assist each other, you could also be assisting with pre-employment checks and processing contracts of employment.
You will also be the first point of contact for the team, resolving queries over the phone or email, therefore excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are key for this role.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract which is hybrid, 2 days per week in the Newport office and 3 days working from home.
What you'll be doing:
* Running Priority Recruitment Campaigns
* Liaising with candidates to confirm next steps in the Recruitment process
* General Recruitment Administration duties
* Resolving queries over phone and email
* Support with ad hoc tasks where required
What you’ll bring:
* Strong administration experience, ideally within a shared service environment
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a team/virtual team or other structured environment
* IT skills – Microsoft Office [Excel [basic formulas], Word, Outlook], emailing, web chats
* Strong customer service skills showing empathy, diligence and care when dealing with queries
* Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
* Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under strict deadlines
* Think on your feet – There will always be things that will come up that will be new to you
* Accurate and timely delivery of tasks coupled with excellent organisational skills
* Customer facing telephone and call handling skills
It would be great if you had:
* Experience of Recruitment processes
* Knowledge of SOP / Oleeo system
* Experience of high-volume processing
