Recruitment Administrator
Description✓Amida Healthcare is an established Healthcare Recruitment Agency based in the city centre of Canterbury, due to our successful and continued growth we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our team
✓We are looking for someone who would be interested in growing with our business and building a career in the healthcare recruitment sector.
✓About the role:
✓As a Recruitment Administrator it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks
✓This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
✓You will be responsible of retention of all staff going through the Amida Healthcare recruitment process;
✓Carry out DBS and NMC checks.
✓Booking candidates on to training days.
✓Obtaining references
✓Clearing candidates to NHS standards to be able to be booked by the recruitment team.
✓Completing candidate Agency Worker Checklist and ProfilesYou will also be responsible for placing adverts for live jobs which the team are currently working on and registering new applications
✓Experience in healthcare compliance is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
✓A passion for working with people is essential as well as being able to prioritise and manage workloads in a busy environment.
✓Skills required:
✓Have good communication skills
✓Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
✓Be persuasive, persistent and patient
✓Be able to cope well with pressure
✓Be flexible and adaptable
✓Have good organisational and administrative skills
✓Have the ability to prioritise
