Recruitment Administrator
Description✓We are currently working with a Health & Social Care provider based in Halesowen, who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent contract.
✓The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offers a generous home working policy [4 days pw] and has a salary of £25,000.
✓* Duties will include [but not limited to]:
✓* Guiding and advising line managers on the correct on-boarding process
✓* Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters
✓* Conducting reference, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks
✓* Arranging inductions for new starters
✓* Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts and application packs
✓Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
✓* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
✓* Confident over the phone in supporting line managers and new starters
✓* Able to work autonomously in a busy environment
✓Working hours:
✓* 37 hours per week
✓* Monday - Friday
✓* 9.00am-5.00pm
✓* 1 day a week in the office
