Recruitment Administrator

DescriptionWe are currently working with a Health & Social Care provider based in Halesowen, who are looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offers a generous home working policy [4 days pw] and has a salary of £25,000.
* Duties will include [but not limited to]:
* Guiding and advising line managers on the correct on-boarding process
* Ensuring correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters
* Conducting reference, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks
* Arranging inductions for new starters
* Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts and application packs
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Confident over the phone in supporting line managers and new starters
* Able to work autonomously in a busy environment
Working hours:
* 37 hours per week
* Monday - Friday
* 9.00am-5.00pm
* 1 day a week in the office
