You will be working with the most prestigious Government departments from the Cabinet Office to the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office and all manner of local and regional organisations that are delivering our public services
You will be a key player in our Team developing relationships with our clients and delivering the latest technology skills. 
As Recruitment Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to customers, helping qualify requirements and assisting with the sourcing and qualification of candidates.
Coordinating interviews, ensuring that the correct process is carried out.
Coordinating the new starter onboarding process.
Ensuring that a personnel file has been created for each candidate with all the relevant documentation from the new starter pack.
Supporting the management team in preparing documents, contract admin, website registration and CRM updates.
Providing a high standard of customer service, both on the phone and face to face, developing positive relationships with all clients and candidates.
Being the ‘go-to’ person for resolving queries/issues.
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator who has the following skills and experience:
Either a strong academic record of achievement or previous experience in an administrative, sales or customer service position.
Drive, energy, and enthusiasm to want to personally develop
Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Excel, Word, and Outlook].
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills along with the ability to multitask.
Passionate and ambitious with a keen desire for progression.
Once you have completed your probation period, you will be working 4 days per week onsite, and 1 day per week from home.
