Description✓Recruitment Administrator
✓Temp to Perm role for the right person
✓£12.00 per hour [36 hours per week] [£20,000 - £24,000]
✓Duties include and not limited to:
✓Clarifying/processing the Interview Invitations, Offer Letters, Reference Requests & Regret Letters
✓Following through with references
✓Following through with candidates and confirming if they are still attending their interviews
✓Communicating efficiently with clients [especially if referee information is missing on a candidate's application form]
✓Pass on completed references to the appropriate client and checking the reference for any missing information
✓Pass on interview invitation and offer letter responses to the client
✓Make certain client records are updated
✓Make certain that accurate records are maintainedMust Haves for the role:
✓Minimum GCSE Maths & English Grade C or equivalent
✓Experience in working in a busy office
✓Meticulous attention to detail
✓Excellent command of the English Language [Verbal & Written]
✓Proficient using MS Office packages
✓Problem solver
✓Team playerNice to haves:
✓Recruitment experience [desired but not essential]
