Description✓We're looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager, or a Senior Recruitment Consultant who wants that next step up, to manage a team of 2
✓The current Recruitment Branch Manager is moving upwards after an internal promotion

✓You will be inheriting a branch that has c150 temps out at peak.
✓Are you an experienced Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager / Senior Consultant looking for a new challenge?

✓Are you a strong Business Development Manager?
✓If so, this could be the perfect role for you? The Industrial Recruitment Branch Manager / Senior Consultant will be expected to:-
✓Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
✓Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
✓Build client relationships and account manage clients.
✓Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
✓Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
