Description✓Recruitment Consultant with fast track career progression

✓Hays Southampton are currently we are looking to add a recruitment consultant to our highly successful team here in Southampton
✓With a great team culture and a strong emphasis on collaboration this is a superb opportunity to take on a recruitment resourcing desk with a clear pathway in place to become a consultant.
✓With Hays you will be mentored by some of the best recruiters in the country, offered industry leading training/development and will be given the most advanced tools available enabling you to "Power the World of Work".
✓You will be supporting with the recruitment of Qualified Social Workers on both a temporary and permanent contracts, assisting local authorities in the south coast also giving you a real opportunity to make a positive difference in your community
✓You will need to build a network of suitable candidates to support with a steady stream of jobs from our existing and new clients.
✓You will need to be very confident on the phone and in face to face meetings with candidates [via video calling currently] and have a self driven attitude.
