✓We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
✓As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements.
✓Job Duties:
✓Using sales, business development to build relationships with clients
✓Developing multiple relationships within existing clients to ensure growth of opportunities and to ensure we're building strong and lasting relationships
✓Working towards and exceeding targets/KPI's
✓Using talent databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
✓Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidate
✓Qualifying candidates and checking their suitability before submitting their details to the client
✓Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
✓Main Skills:
✓Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role.
✓Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
✓Proven ability to source and attract high-quality candidates using various methods.
✓High motivation and curiosity to understand candidate and client needs
✓Articulates themselves clearly and confidently
✓Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
