✓£20000-£25000 + OTE [uncapped paid at 30%+ ] plus Bens
✓Birmingham based Recruitment Consultancy with it's office in Moseley are looking for 2 new Recruitment Consultants to join an existing team, working in conjunction with the Director in the IT sales sector.
✓As a business, Penguin Recruitment have been in the industry for over 19 years and despite the market issues effecting everyone in 2020, have seen strong growth across its various sectors, and it is the Sales Division where we currently have the need for a new hire.
✓Ideally the successful Recruitment Consultant will have a minimum of 12 months within the recruitment industry or 2 years in a telephone sales targeted environment
✓A strong academic track record is always good to see, but someone who is target driven, competitive and a can do attitude is the most important thing.
✓When asking the Director the type of person he is looking for he said, someone who is Ambitious, Hardworking, Resilient, Bubbly, Adaptable, Outgoing, Fun and with a Can-Do Attitude.
✓As a company, Penguin offer an uncapped commission scheme paying between 30%-40% on a quarterly basis
