WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be recruiting teaching staff on a temporary and permanent basis for schools
This is a rare opportunity to join an established agency to work on a warm desk with full 360 recruitment duties which include account managing, new business development along with candidate sourcing and interviewing.
You will need to be resilient and tenacious with communication skills, being able to build natural relationships as this is key to any success, you must be determined, self-motivated and goal orientated; be a problem solver and able to think on your feet with the ability to work under pressure hitting targets in an ever-changing environment.
This role offers hybrid working split between the office and remote, so flexibility is on offer for you.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Account manage existing relationships Achieve set KPI’s and targets on a weekly basis with the support of your team
Using various business development tools to build relationships with schools
Recruiting staff using various techniques, including writing adverts, sourcing using online boards, creating a strong social media presence and head hunting
Conduct telephone, virtual and face to face interviews with candidates
Work alongside the specialised compliance team to ensure the candidates are fully compliant to work
Work proactively and at speed to fill your client’s vacancy requirements
ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?
Previous temp recruitment experience
Tenacious and resilient
Confident in communication and able to build genuine relationships with all levels of people
Comfortable working in a pressurised, targeted, busy and fast paced environment
Investigative in nature, experience of asking open questions
Committed, proactive self-motivated and reliable
Professional, sociable and friendly
Stable work history, be able to explain reasons for leaving previous positions
WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Term time - 7am - 5pm [4pm finish on a Friday] [7.30am – 4.30pm after probation]
School Holidays - 9am - 3.30pm
