✓You will have 12-months plus experience as a Recruitment Consultant, business development and building new client relationships will be second nature to you
✓You will have experience of building your own base of clients, managing all elements of the client and candidate process from start to finish
✓You will be sourcing and headhunting candidates using job boards, Linkedin, referrals and your network.
✓You will be curious to learn and develop within your market to become an expert, having a proven track record and developing and building your network.

✓* 12 months plus experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
✓* Proven track record of winning your own business.

✓* Proven track record of building your own desk & market
