✓BIA People are the latest staffing solutions agency to hit the ground running in both London and Manchester
✓Providing temporary labour specialising in the hospitality sector, to some of the most prestigious and world renowned venues across the UK such as; Stadiums, Racecourses, Hotels, Concerts, Private Members Clubs and Sporting events.
✓BIA People are looking for someone with hospitality experience either in recruitment by running their own desk or operationally.
✓The ideal candidate will:
✓* Have a proven track record at running a successful desk and/or portray strong relationships within the hospitality and event industry
✓* Be willing to grow and develop key client relationships; customer skills at the forefront
✓* Have experience working within the hospitality and event sector and want to potentially take that step back by supporting the staffing element
✓* Show desire and have a can-do approach
✓* Be ambitious and motivated to succeed
✓* Reliable
✓* Good communication skills
✓* Hard working, showcasing attention to detail
✓* Presentable
✓The role:
✓* Resourcing temp and perm candidates
✓* Provide first hand hospitality training to all temp staff
✓* Build, grow and manage new and long standing client relationships
✓* Client Account Manage
✓* Assist with on-site check ins
