✓Gi Group Coventry is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant who has some recruitment experience [sales experience would be amazing!] to join our lively and vibrant office
✓We're looking for someone who has a dynamic personality and is hungry to close the deal.
✓As a Recruitment Consultant with Gi Group Coventry, you'll be part of a supportive and energetic team that places great pride in delivering outstanding customer service and helping candidates find their dream job
✓You'll work with an extensive database of clients, build relationships and networks with businesses and candidates, and more importantly, manage the entire recruitment process from conception to successful placement.

✓Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities [not limited to]
✓Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients
✓Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building
✓Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements
✓Managing recruited candidates' performances daily and weekly to ensure that clients and contractors are consistently satisfied
✓Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction
✓Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
✓Recruitment Consultant Skills
✓Experienced in outbound sales within recruitment or other B2B sales environments is advantageous
✓Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets
✓Ability to source and generate new sales leads
✓Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
✓Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs

✓Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
