✓Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients
✓· Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building
✓· Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction
✓· Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
✓Recruitment Consultant Skills
✓· Experienced in outbound sales within recruitment or other B2B sales environments is advantageous
✓· Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets
✓· Ability to source and generate new sales leads
✓· Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients.
✓· Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements.
✓· Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
✓· Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
