✓We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our first class recruitment team
✓Your role will be to provide seamless support and customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
✓You will facilitate in the coordination of the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assessments, liaising directly with candidates, conducting pre-employment checks, whilst updating and keeping them warm at various stages of the recruitment process
✓You will keep in touch with our new starters whilst ensuring candidates have a great onboarding experience, respond to routine enquiries and manage our busy recruitment line and inbox
✓You will be confident at presenting, as you will be required to facilitate and present on our first day induction for new starters, again training will be provided.
✓Demonstrable experience in providing first class administrative support in a busy office environment is crucial - recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be provided
✓To thrive in this role, you will be a quick learner, highly organised and enjoy managing a demanding workload in a busy team
✓We need someone who is flexible and able to plan and prioritise tasks, whilst working under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
✓You will be eager and able to hit the ground running, whilst demonstrating initiative and proactivity
✓You will play an important part as you will often be the first point of contact for candidates.
✓This role offers hybrid working and requires a few days in the office and working from home
