Recruitment Lead [Germany] - Sustainability & Renewables

Areas of recruitment that this role will cover include:
Candidates specialising in Scope 1, 2 and 3, TCFD, CDP disclosures and Science Based Targets, ISO 14001, waste and water management and any expertise in biodiversity.
Candidates with experience in renewable energy within Europe, including, wind, wave and solar development, operations, maintenance and asset management
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage with high-calibre candidates for various roles in the sustainability and energy sector.
Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing them with top-tier talent solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the sustainability and energy sector.
Networking: Attend industry events and develop a strong network of professionals, both candidates and clients, to expand our reach and enhance our recruitment capabilities.
Consultancy: Provide guidance and advice to both candidates and clients on industry-specific recruitment processes, career development, and market insights.
Requirements:
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, experience within related sustainability subjects would be beneficial but a recruitment background in a technical market with a keen interest in our subjects is welcome.
Business development and work winning experience.
In-depth knowledge of the sustainability and energy sector, including key players, market trends, and job market dynamics.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
