✓An experienced Recruiter / Recruitment Manager is required for an owner managed recruitment business that specialises in the Commercial, Office, Professional Services Recruitment sector.
✓Role
✓This recruitment manager position is a new leadership opportunity and a key part of the growth of the commercial business.
✓As a recruiter and manager yourself, you will be experienced and knowledgeable in the commercial or office-based markets
✓You will utilise your skills as mentor, coach and manager to lead the team of recruitment consultants based from the hub office [possibly remote too]
✓You will have a recent a track record of developing new business, building relationships and successful account development of clients within the local and/or the national commercial markets.
✓Some management and leadership of recruiters would be preferred as you will inherit a small team that require some designing and delivering of individual training plans
✓You will be hiring additional recruitment consultants join your team with varying levels of experience
✓As a leader you will support learning through structured desk-based coaching as well as arranging additional market training with both internal and external trainers.
✓Your team will be working with existing key accounts and clients /vacancies
✓You will inherit warm client relationships from other parts of the business to develop further.
✓As a senior member of the management team, you will be working closing with and reporting back to the CEO on a regular basis .
