Recruitment Resourcer
Description✓A1 Jobs are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to expand their London office team with a view to working towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.
✓Essential skills include outgoing personality, IT literate including Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, hard working [40 hour week with 8am starts], can do attitude, good time management, multi-tasking ability, good organisational skills, willingness to learn, self motivated, tenacity in abundance, strong telephone and written communication skills, team player.
✓Note, a recruitment consultant role involves sales skills once fully trained so this is not a role for someone unwilling to move out of their comfort zone and learn new skills.
✓Any experience in recruitment or in a business to business role would prove highly beneficial.
✓The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including administration, reviewing CV, registering candidates, identifying and meeting candidates, pre-screening candidates, advertising jobs online, social media adverts, liaising with clients, sending CV to clients, filling temporary and permanent vacancies.
✓Additionally, training will be provided in our IT packages relating to Customer Relationship Management and Applicant Tracking Systems.
✓Educated to A level is expected although exceptions will be made for the correct candidate who can demonstrate the skills we require.
