✓We're working exclusively with our market leading automotive client to recruit for a Regional HR Advisor
✓The role is field based 2-3 days a week and the rest working from home
✓What you'll be doing…
✓As Regional HR Advisor, you'll be woking closely with regional operations teams to provide people centric HR support with a focus on ER
✓Providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees on all people related issues, aligned to company policies and procedures to drive employee engagement
✓Support in the successful delivery of the People Strategy, you'll work collaboratively with the wider People team to support People initiatives.
✓Proactively build and maintain strong, professional, and effective working relationships with people managers, employees, and stakeholders.
✓Support employees across the group in the capacity as a Mental Health First Aider and promote other support available i.e
✓Employee Assistance Programme.
✓Support with organisational design, change, acquisition, TUPE initiatives.
✓Ideally you'll be someone who…
✓Has experience in a Regional HR Advisor role
✓You'll have a customer first mentality and be passionate about delivering excellent service
