✓As a Sales Recruiter, your focus will be to identify, attract and secure high Business Development Consultants for Citation
✓The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, tenacious and has bags of personality.
✓Previous experience in recruitment is desirable however not essential
✓You will work alongside a team of great recruiters who will help to train and develop you.
✓So, whether you are working in an Agency [looking to move away from the BD aspect] or working in a delivery function and want to work for a business that is going through a period of growth then this is the role for you!
