✓Role Profile
✓Our client, a successful and growing business in Manchester, is looking to appoint a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor on a 9 month fixed term basis to cover a colleagues maternity leave.
✓This is a generalist HR role and you will support the team in all areas including coaching, advising and supporting managers and supervisors in all HR matters
✓Key responsibilities will include:
✓Providing generalist HR support to the team
✓To effectively support any recruitment needs of the business both internally and externally
✓Building robust relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver business needs
✓To provide managers with best practice advice and guidance on policies, legislation and company procedures
✓Skills & Experience:
✓The successful candidate will demonstrate:
✓Min
✓2 years' HR experience in an HR Generalist role
✓CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience with specific understanding of employment law and GDPR
✓Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
✓Proven track record of managing direct recruitment processes
✓High competence in Microsoft office
