✓Our construction division specialising in Blue Collar recruitment is a recognised recruitment partner in Yorkshire
✓We are looking to expand and are searching for someone who can develop market knowledge, build client relationships, and grow their client base.
✓This opportunity offers a clear career path right from the beginning
✓You will enroll on to our award-winning training programme, which includes personalised management training
✓If you aspire to become a director, we can provide the necessary pathway and support, including 1:1 coaching, online learning, and our talent development team.
✓Who are we looking for?
✓* Previous experience within a 360 recruitment or billing role in construction
✓* Highly ambitious individuals who are keen to progress and succeed
✓* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓* The ability to build relationships and rapport with candidates & clients
✓* Experience of working towards targets
✓* And be able to remain motivated and resilient at all times
