Description✓Senior Recruitment Consultant- Testing, Inspection and Automation
✓£30,000 - 45,000 basic salary, hybrid working [2-3 days per week in the office], up to 20% commission on all billings, private healthcare, pension, gym membership, free parking, foreign holiday incentives, additional incentive days, enhanced maternity and paternity, 1:1 mental health support, opportunity to progress your career overseas.
✓Harrison Sands are hiring for a Leeds-based executive search practice that requires two additional consultants to join their senior industrial team focusing on testing, inspection and certification placement in the US.
✓These are both positions for experienced recruiters with at least 1 year + of solid experience working for a recruitment agency in the TIC market or a similar discipline as they do offer hybrid working, so both Consultants hired need to be able to work independently on work from home days
✓Our client has a stable team currently at around 50 consultants in Leeds with 7 international offices and a further UK office- they are a robust business, with strong financials, and a dedicated in-house training and development team, making them an excellent home for recruiters to grow their career
✓This business has multiple examples of progression in the company, with some of their Directors having developed from Consultant level
