✓Role
✓Recruitment and Talent Aquistion
✓Building, maintaining, and developing a client and candidate relationships in this specialist sector
✓Being responsible for the vacancy handling, relationship management, negotiating
✓Search -sourcing, headhunting for healthcare candidates
✓Conducting telephone pre-screens and interviews
✓Presenting a short list of suitable candidates to hire
✓Arranging client interviews and meetings
✓You will be responsible for generating and filling vacancies and identifying, resourcing, and making compliant qualified candidates within the healthcare sector
✓You will also play a key role in opening new additional UK offices.The plan is to have a UK presence either with an office and a team of recruiters or recruiters baased fully remote
