✓Your Role
✓As a Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a small team of recruitment consultants based in Pangbourne, Reading
✓You'll oversee recruitment for the primary sector, liaise with primary schools and SEN schools in the area, and lead from the front to develop business alongside your team
✓You'll also be interacting with schools and candidates regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and motivating your team to achieve the highest possible outcomes.
✓Our Hiring Criteria
✓We're looking for candidates with at least 6 months of agency senior experience, a can-do attitude, and a self-motivated approach
✓You must be able to use your own initiative, communicate effectively with people at every level, be IT proficient, and have an excellent command of written English
✓Sales and negotiation skills are also desirable.
