What will I be doing every day?
Recruitment is always about persistency, some find it repetitive, others say it is like fine tuning a car.
You need to keep at it every day to achieve the best outcome for not only the candidate but the clients to.
* Ensuring all candidates are fully qualified, all notes on Colleague7.
* Consulting with candidates, being honest and understanding their requirements.
* Liaising with your team on roles you are partnering on to find the best talent.
* Listening to calls to clients, to understand how we partner and consult with businesses.
* Understanding each spec you receive, and selling the role to candidates against their MIT’S [Most important things].
* Help prepare your candidates for their interviews… 50% is preparation the other 50% is delivering in the interview.
* Being there throughout the journey for your candidate and client, making the process as smooth as possible.
* Right attitude towards colleagues, company, and core values
* Delivering daily leads to the team
