✓* Ensuring all candidates are fully qualified, all notes on Colleague7.
✓* Consulting with candidates, being honest and understanding their requirements.
✓* Liaising with your team on roles you are partnering on to find the best talent.
✓* Listening to calls to clients, to understand how we partner and consult with businesses.
✓* Understanding each spec you receive, and selling the role to candidates against their MIT’S [Most important things].
✓* Help prepare your candidates for their interviews… 50% is preparation the other 50% is delivering in the interview.
✓* Being there throughout the journey for your candidate and client, making the process as smooth as possible.
✓* Right attitude towards colleagues, company, and core values
✓* Delivering daily leads to the team
