Description✓Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector
✓Location: Birmingham
✓Salary: starting salary £35,000 - £45,000 experience dependant + uncapped commission [OTE £65k-£75k]
✓Annual leave entitlements: 25 days + bank holidays

✓Job Description:
✓We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced education recruiter to take over a hot desk of over 200 days, with scope to progress to a Team Leader position, with the ability to hand pick your own consultants and resourcers.
✓The sector has huge potential for growth and would suit an ambitious and hungry consultant, wanting to create a long term project for their career, while earning exceptionally good commission
✓The role has a career pathway to becoming a Team Leader, where you will have say over how the team is formed and managed
✓Main duties of our Senior Consultant:
✓Managing your own desk of Birmingham base business against agreed targets
✓Arranging interviews & placing candidates into roles
✓Client attraction; canvassing, mailing and other sales led activities
✓Candidate attraction; developing a new candidate pool to fulfil vacancies identified through the client attraction process
✓Recruit quality candidates through planned candidate strategy, including advertising promotional activities, utilising all existing resources within the office in order to fill vacancies/ bookings
✓Person Specification:
✓Education Recruitment experience
✓Driven and resilient
✓Ambitious for a long term project
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Experience of working in a faced paced environment
✓Strong attention to detail and be a completer/finisher
✓Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of all Office applications
