We are now seeking a highly motivated and skilled Temp Desk Recruitment Administrator to bolster our AV freelance operations at our Hayes, Bromley office.
In this vital role, you will act as an interface between our Audio-Visual Systems Integrator clients and Corporate Sites, sourcing Freelance AV Technicians and Engineers for many of London’s leading FTSE 100 companies.
This position could suit a full-time permanent person, or someone looking for part-time and/or flexible working hours [all applications will be considered]

Responsibilities:
* Act as a vital link between clients, freelancers, and the internal team, ensuring smooth coordination of projects and effective communication channels.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of freelance resources, carefully evaluating their skills, availability, and suitability for various assignments.
* Facilitate the freelance onboarding process, including verifying credentials, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
* Coordinate and negotiate contracts, rates, and payment terms with freelancers, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
* Oversee and manage freelancers' payments, invoicing, and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, matching suitable freelancers with specific project needs.
* Maintain an up-to-date freelancer database, ensuring accurate records of skills, qualifications, and availability.
* Monitor project progress and freelancer performance, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high-quality service delivery.
* Handle administrative tasks related to freelancer payments, invoices, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
* Support the team with general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a freelance / Temp desk administrator or similar role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate seamless interactions with freelancers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Proficient in using technology platforms and software applications commonly utilised in freelance administration.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records, contracts, and financial documentation.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
