Temporary HR Advisor

DescriptionLooking for a varied HR position which encompasses ER, employee engagement and strategy?
We're recruiting for a HR Advisor to provide advice and guidance, partnering with managers to provide support which includes employee relations and employment law advice, as well as assisting with strategy.
Key duties include:
Provide a customer focused advisory service which supports and guides all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Provide advice and guidance to all managers on a range of policies, procedures.
Provide regular updates on ER caseloads and trends, with proposed solutions and actions.
Review and update internal policies and communicate when required to the wider business.
Absence management.
Providing general HR administrative support.
Support with the onboarding processes.
Providing and updating weekly KPI information.
Coordinate and deliver employee engagement activities.
Supporting on new and on-going projects.
Ideally, you will be studying or qualified at CIPD Level 3 along with HR administration and advisory experience
You'll have experience of dealing with wide ranging ER cases along with ideally, HRIS and Time and Attendance platforms.
