Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Description✓Job Title: Resourcer /Trainee Recruitment Consultant
✓Location: Outskirts of Leicester Office or possible hybrid options available
✓Salary: Up to £30k depending on experience plus uncapped OTE
✓Contract Type: Permanent, full time flexible working
✓Role overview:
✓As a Recruitment Resourcer /Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be working in a supportive established team environment
✓Maintaining and developing candidate relationships, dealing with candidate enquires and assisting with payroll on a weekly basis.You will be supporting the busy commerical and professional services sector.
✓You will be working alongside successful recruiters and supporting them with general administration, diary management, candidate generation, being part of on face-to-face interviews initially and generally supporting a profitable, compliant,You will be supporting the busy and expanding commerical and professional services team with sourcing candidates and supporting clients with their recruitment needs.You will ultimately be building your own network within this sector for when you have completed yor training and confident enough to manage your own candidates and or desk .
✓As a Recruitment Resourcer and Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be involved in all aspects of the professional recruitment campaigns including supporting the team initially with
✓* Full management of the of the clients and candidate relationships
✓* looking after the existing clients to ensure the exceptionally high levels of repeat business continues.
✓Experience required:
✓It’s essential you have some previous recruitment resourcing, or candidate management in a recruitment environment and an interest in developing your career in recruitment
✓You will have full training and support from the existing recruiters who are specialists in their sectors, dedicated training managers and external training both in person and remote.
✓You will need to be a highly organised resource or trainee recruitment consultant with the ability to meet required deadlines and work in a flexible hybrid environment.
✓Some knowledge of working within a commerical and professional services sector is desirable though not essential
✓Some experience of working in a recruitment agency environment is essential.
