Training Delivery Co-ordinator
Description✓Training Delivery Co-ordinator – Malton, North Yorkshire
✓Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores
✓Our chefs work with our customers and have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.
✓We are seeking an experienced Training Delivery Co-ordinator to implement and deliver an extensive training programme on site
✓You will be responsible for promoting, training and identifying training needs, as well as controlling and supporting the teams in the delivery of a fully comprehensive training package
✓The role will also include administration and continuous improvement of training.
✓Key Accountabilities:
✓*
✓Identifying the learning needs for the business and ensuring all training is reviewed, updated and logged
✓*
✓Liaising with business and contract managers to plan, book and co-ordinate training for their teams
✓*
✓Delivering the on-boarding experience to our gold standard
✓*
✓Delivering the company induction programme with line managers for all new colleagues and in line with CPC Group standards
✓*
✓Working closely with Operations to support with ‘on the job’ training and establish if additional training is required
✓*
✓Working with HRBP and Group L&D Manager to ensure training is cost effective and within budget.

✓Skills & experience required:

✓Working in a similar role supporting/delivering training in the manufacturing sector
✓*
✓Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
✓*
✓Working in an L&D environment, with either a training qualification or looking to develop their qualifications.

✓Core hours Monday – Friday [8am to 5pm], with occasional flexibility to meet the business needs
