✓Currently seeking an accommodation Officer to support their social housing operations

✓Candidates must have the following skills and experience to be considered for this contract:
✓We need a candidate with support worker experience who can work independently with customers in this space.
✓Car driver essential as site visits required.
✓Full time office based [ customer facing role]covering 5 main sites/ lone working, we pay mileage between sites with our main basingstoke office being the starting point- our furthest HMO is a 28mile return journey.
✓An understanding of how to support a diverse range of individuals in a support and community environment
✓Diary management
✓Strong communication skills
✓Support worker experienceWorking knowledge of housing management
✓Working with multiple stakeholders
✓Job Role:
✓You will play a leading role in providing enhanced, proactive housing services to residents in our specialist temporary accommodation, working closely with individuals and families to support those most at risk of homelessness.
✓You’ll work closely with specialist colleagues and external service providers to provide information, advice and guidance to customers, often working closely with customers on an individual basis and with the ultimate aim of supporting customers towards maintaining a sustainable tenancy and moving into a permanent home.
✓You will be working with colleagues across Sovereign, local authority partners and external agencies, with emphasis on providing each customer with a tailored approach to provide information, support and improved life-skills, working collaboratively whilst championing our values of being kind, respectful, inclusive, ambitious, responsible.
✓To be responsible for maintaining high data quality in our customer and property systems
✓Ensure that data is held centrally for full transparency and that suitable contract arrangements are in place for the continued management all compliance elements within your defined areas.
