We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Administrator to join a Housing Organisation based in Brentwood
Purpose of Role:
The primary responsibilities of this role will involve scheduling works for the upcoming months, assisting call handlers by creating their daily schedules, and collaborating with managers to meet contract targets
The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and supporting efficient workflow.
Schedule works for the upcoming months, taking into account project timelines, resource availability, and customer requirements.
Create and maintain daily schedules for call handlers, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
Collaborate with managers to monitor and track progress towards contract targets, providing regular updates and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in managing and organizing documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other administrative records.
Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information or redirecting as appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the company's systems and databases.
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the administrative function.
Assist with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Skills/Experience required:
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook] and experience with administrative software or systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Previous experience in scheduling or resource allocation is a plus.
Knowledge of the industry or relevant sector would be beneficial.
Full UK Driving license and own vehicle [due to location]
