✓We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Administrator to join a Housing Organisation based in Brentwood
✓Purpose of Role:
✓The primary responsibilities of this role will involve scheduling works for the upcoming months, assisting call handlers by creating their daily schedules, and collaborating with managers to meet contract targets
✓The Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes and supporting efficient workflow.
✓Schedule works for the upcoming months, taking into account project timelines, resource availability, and customer requirements.
✓Create and maintain daily schedules for call handlers, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
✓Collaborate with managers to monitor and track progress towards contract targets, providing regular updates and identifying areas for improvement.
✓Assist in managing and organizing documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other administrative records.
✓Handle incoming calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information or redirecting as appropriate.
✓Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management.
✓Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the company's systems and databases.
✓Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure effective communication and seamless workflow.
✓Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the administrative function.
✓Assist with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed
✓Skills/Experience required:
✓Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
✓Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
✓Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook] and experience with administrative software or systems.
✓Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✓Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
✓Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
✓Previous experience in scheduling or resource allocation is a plus.
✓Knowledge of the industry or relevant sector would be beneficial.
✓Full UK Driving license and own vehicle [due to location]
