Description✓My clients a leading social housing contractor are currently seeking an administrator to come on board and make an in impact straight away.
✓Minimum requirements: Previous administration experience, strong computer literacy in Excel and Word, good written and verbal communication skills, organized and meticulous eye for detail.
✓Summary of Core Responsibilities:
✓* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
✓* Dealing with email enquiries
✓* Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
✓* Organising client meetings
✓* Data entry
