✓Are you passionate about creating safe and harmonious communities? Are you interested in pursuing a career in housing and tackling anti-social behaviour [ASB]? Hyde are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice ASB Officer .

✓Responsibilities
✓* Assist the ASB team in managing and responding to reported incidents of anti-social behaviour within our housing properties.
✓* Learn to conduct initial investigations, gather evidence, and document incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
✓* Support the ASB Officer in liaising with affected residents, witnesses, and external agencies to gather information and address concerns.
✓* Assist with maintaining accurate records and databases related to ASB cases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
✓* Learn to apply appropriate strategies and interventions to prevent and resolve ASB incidents, in collaboration with the ASB team and other relevant departments.
✓* Shadow experienced ASB officers during visits to affected properties and attend meetings with residents, community groups, and partner agencies.
✓* Undertake training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship program, enhancing your knowledge and skills in ASB management and housing regulations.
✓* Maintain regular communication with the ASB team, reporting on progress, sharing insights, and seeking guidance as needed.
✓Requirements
✓* A genuine interest in housing management and resolving anti-social behaviour issues.
✓* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
✓* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
✓* Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
✓* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite [Word, Excel, Outlook].
✓* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
✓* Availability to participate in the apprenticeship program, which may involve attending training sessions and completing coursework.
