✓We are looking for a friendly and approachable property DIY / maintenance expert who can deliver quality customer service.
✓We need someone who has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge of the tools, equipment, and materials common in property maintenance as well as knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations
✓Driving licence is essential!

✓Job Description:
✓* Carry out skilled DIY & general maintenance work involved in all aspects of onsite building maintenance, both internal and external.
✓* installation inspections, diagnosing faults, testing, replacement, repair and maintenance of building fixtures and fit.
✓* general plumbing including washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks.
✓* general carpentry such as hanging doors, new locks, architraves, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture, easing and adjusting windows, replacing handles and similar hardware.
✓* general painting & decorating
✓* basic electrical maintenance
✓* identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
✓* liaising with Line Manager and other team members and performing jobs as and when they are required
✓* carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract requirements
✓* carry out tasks within specified time limits
✓* maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
✓* immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
✓* adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
✓* Delivery items/furniture to Properties when required
