Assistant Building Manager
Description✓A successful commercial property business and managing agent are seeking an Assistant Building Manager for a critical site in Bradford City Centre
✓As Assistant Building Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of service delivery and supporting the Facilities Manager at a commercial office building.
✓The Assistant Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained with a focus on managing hard services & contractors.
✓* You will work with the Building Consultancy Team to support the completion of planned works
✓* Commission Long Term Asset Replacement Plans
✓* Monitor PPMs to ensure buildings are managed proactively
✓* Hold responsibility for service charge budgets
✓* Ensure property plans are fully aligned ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations
✓* Communication with client and occupiers.
✓* Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, instructing audits, assessments and specialist advice

✓You'll command a base salary of up to £27,000 plus additional corporate benefits, pension, private health cover, death in service.
