✓* Local, long held and growing portfolio of well run, financially healthy RMC/RTM sites
✓* Would suit a property manager seeking a role within growing independent practice OR an assistant property manager looking to step up to autonomous block management
✓* Full range of duties from budget setting to insurance provision, major works and site visitation / AGM’s
✓* Customer focus essential, IRPM advantageous but can be supported in post for those without
