Description✓Are you an experienced Valuer/Branch Manager looking for an exciting opportunity working with a Market leading Estate Agent in York City centre as a Business Winner?
✓Our client is a very successful independent Estate Agent, who are looking to add an established Sales Valuer with a proven track record to their high performing sales team.
✓Based in York city centre, the main duty of the role would be conducting sales valuations and winning instructions for the business.
✓The successful candidate must be customer focussed and have the ability to handle a busy workload.
✓Previous experience valuing properties required.
✓Driving license essential.
✓Salary £30,000 - £40,000 p.a.
