✓Live in Caretaker - Accomodation for 2 [Bills included] - 12 Month Contract - Part time - Immediate start
✓Our leading property management client has an exciting job opportunity in the heart of London, Kensington and are looking for a resident caretaker, based on a one year fixed term contract.
✓Immediate start available
✓£12.3k per year + 2 person apartment + all bills included
✓Beautiful building to work in
✓Mon - Fri 8am - 1pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm
✓Excellent central london apartment Duties include:
✓Maintain cleanliness of all communal areas
✓Deliver post and parcels to each relevant flat
✓Take rubbish bags from each flat and put in designated area
✓Liaise with tradesmen/contractors that may be doing any work in the building
✓Ensure the No-Smoking policy is adhered to in the common parts of the building.
✓Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety procedures are adhered to within the common parts of the building
✓Ensure the common parts of the building are lit, and bulbs replaced as required
✓Be on hand for any requests from residents within the building Experience needed:
✓Previous caretaking experience
