Commercial Property Manager
Description✓CCO Group are partnered with a National Property Consultancy who are looking to bolster their Property Asset Management team in Leeds
✓The team currently consists of 1 Associate Partner, 1 Property Manager, 1 Apprentice and are looking for another property manager at surveyor/senior surveyor level to join the team and help grow the PAM side of the business
✓You will be working alongside the Associate Partner giving you the greatest opportunity to soak up some vital knowledge and expertise
✓Our client is a progressive, supportive business who provide great scope for career progression and opportunity to work on some “big ticket” instructions for some huge national/international clients.
✓In this role you will be managing a variety of office, retail and industrial assets and given the opportunity to build client relationships from day one.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Liaise effectively with clients, tenants, and contractors.
✓* Deal with rent reviews and lease renewals
✓* Assist with organising repair and maintenance work
✓* Administration of property insurance including apportionment of premiums, raising and issue of invoices
✓* Assist in gaining vacant possession of properties
✓* Provide accurate, timely client reports.
✓* Inspection of properties
✓What They Are Looking For:
✓* MRICS qualified
✓* A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
✓* Full UK driving licence
✓* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
