Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Description✓CCO Group have been retained by an major, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with near £90M turnover in order to assist their growth within their prestigious valuation team in the North West
✓Based out of Manchester and searching for Surveyors up to Associate level, this team carries out a diverse range of valuation instructions throughout the North West and parts of North Wales
✓True leaders in their field, they work on large scale “big ticket” instructions with a team that currently consists of 5 but are looking to grow this to 8 with 3 new strategic hires
✓This growth is based upon ever increasing work load and a desire to build the most talented team in the North West supporting the wider business strategy to become the clear ‘number one’ property consultant in the UK.

✓So, what will you be doing?
✓Your role will vary from day to day which is great for the employee however a large portion of this role includes undertaking loan security valuations on behalf of some major lending organisations including UK banks alternative lenders
✓You will have the chance to work on major portfolio valuations
✓Interestingly whilst this Is predominantly commercial valuation you will be working on Residential properties or would be part of commercially led mixed use developments.
✓Key responsibilities:
✓* Providing valuation advice to clients for loan security, accounts and other purposes
✓* Producing Red Book valuation reports
✓* Adherence to internal processes, lender requirements and RICS regulations
✓* Building professional, strong relationships through networking internally and externally with clients and contacts.
✓So what do you need to be successful?
✓* MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
✓* Strong report writing skills
✓* Ideally experience within Argus investment and development packages
✓* Experience of statutory, development and investment valuations across different asset types
✓* Interest to support the department by helping others and giving advice to junior members
✓* Strong communication skills
