Construction Testing Officer
Description✓Hybrid working - Home based and travel required around the Midlands.

✓This company aims to help clients ground gas protection against hazardous admittance
✓Description
✓Conduct tests and inspections on gas membranes, including but not limited to gas barriers, vapour barriers, and venting systems, to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations.
✓Perform air tightness testing and gas membrane integrity testing to identify issues or potential problems, and provide recommendations for corrective action.
✓Prepare reports detailing test results and findings, and communicate these findings to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
✓Collaborate with other members of the construction team to ensure that gas membranes are installed and maintained correctly.
✓Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to gas membranes and related systems.Profile
✓A degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, related field OR construction site experience.
✓Experience in gas membrane testing or related field is preferred not essential.
✓Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
✓Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to gas membranes and related systems preferred
✓Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.
✓Confident IT skills.Job Offer
✓Starting salary of £23,000 rising to £25,000 after 6 months
