✓The Recruitment Bunker are recruiting exclusively for Domestic Energy Assessor for a market leading company based in Ayrshire, Scotland.
✓Overview of the Role
✓* Domestic Energy Assessor
✓* Location – Ayrshire/Glasgow, Scotland
✓* Salary - £24-26.5K [Depending on experience]
✓* Company van with fuel card
✓* Salary review: A yearly review based on objectives and performance
✓* Annual Holidays: 30 days [increasing incrementally to a maximum of 35 days]
✓* Holiday buy-back scheme: Ability to buy back an additional five days of leave annually [through the salary sacrifice scheme]

✓Responsibilities
✓* Undertake EPC’s and full Internal & external property condition surveys on domestic properties
✓* Undertake Inventory related property assessments using our in-house Chameleon software
✓* Undertake independent energy audits, thermal imaging and damp testing
✓* Submit comprehensive, accurate reports, submitted same day, on a right first time basis
✓* Escalate queries to Project Lead promptly and take ownership of resolution
✓Essential Skills
✓* Experienced DEA with a minimum of 2 years of experience
✓* Qualifications Essential DEA/GDA qualification
✓* Valid Disclosure upon offer
✓* Excellent organisational skills
✓* Ability to self-motivate and work on your own initiative
✓* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationship
✓* Take ownership of Continuous Personal Development
✓* Effective communication skills, verbal and written
✓* Diligent, trustworthy and respectful when working in client's homes
✓* Full UK driving licence
✓Desirable Skills
✓* Experience of undertaking Inventory related property inspections
✓* Technical drawing skills
✓* Able to use android device and Elmhurst software
✓* Qualified with Elmhurst
✓* PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor
