✓Energy Assessor
✓The successful Carbon Energy Assessor will be required to carry out EPC's and Carbon assessments of both domestic and non-domestic builds
✓The successful energy assessor will be expected to be client facing and an excellent communicator
✓Further requirements of the energy assessor include:
✓Building performance reviews / Energy Performance Certificates
✓Energy Audits
✓Whole Life Carbon Assessments
✓Life Cycle Analysis
✓Operational Energy consumption reviews
✓Carbon assessments of existing buildings and future projects
✓Part L compliance
✓Energy Assessments
✓BREEAM AssessmentsAdditional Skills and Experience of the Energy Assessor:
