✓As an Estate Services Supervisor at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Services division to manage a team of Community Caretakers based at a residential estate in Islington.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Managing a team of 5 Estate Caretakers at Hyde’s Packington Estate in Islington.
✓* Conducting regular block checks and cleaning audits.
✓* Responding to and actioning customer complaints.
✓* Managing staff absence.
✓Skills and Experience required
✓* Previous experience in a similar role
✓* Previous experience of managing caretaking or cleaning staff
✓* Good Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
✓* Qualification in a building trade desirable or estate management but not essential
